to the service you are requesting or purchasing. These guidelines were created with care
and respect for both your time and finances, as well as mine. I am committed to honoring each service within these terms, and I kindly ask that you do the same.

Individual Reading,
Group Sessions & Reiki
*Travel Fee: Travel is available up to 1 hour outside of Emmetsburg, IA. In addition to the base price of the session, a travel fee of $0.88 per mile will apply. Any special travel requests must be approved by Sonia in advance.
*Payment & Appointment. Once payment has been received, scheduling your session/service is the responsibility of the client/payee by contacting Sonia Rose through email, texting or calling to schedule.
*Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your appointment day and time. You may reschedule one time at no additional charge. If a second reschedule is needed, or if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the full payment will be kept to honor the time that was reserved for your session.
*No Show: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, the full payment will be kept to honor the time that was reserved for your session.

3 Month Intuitive Mentorship
Terms & Conditions
Payment must be made in full before beginning the 3-Month Intuitive Mentorship, unless other written arrangements have been agreed upon with Sonia Rose. Refunds are not available for appointments that have already been scheduled or completed. Refunds may only be considered for sessions that have not yet been scheduled, subject to the terms below.
Any approved refund will be issued within 24 hours after Sonia Rose receives the refund request and the refund amount has been mutually agreed upon by Sonia Rose and the client/payee. Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment unless another arrangement is mutually agreed upon in writing.
Requests to reschedule an appointment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a $100 fee. If the client/payee misses an appointment without proper notice, that session will be forfeited and no refund will be issued for that session.
Once payment has been received, scheduling all mentorship sessions is the responsibility of the client/payee. The client/payee is responsible for contacting Sonia Rose through email, texting or calling to schedule all six sessions within the three-month mentorship period.
All six sessions must be scheduled and completed within the three-month mentorship period unless other arrangements have been agreed upon with Sonia Rose and client/payee. Any sessions not completed because the client/payee did not schedule them within the required timeframe will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued for those uncompleted sessions.
In-person sessions are offered only in Emmetsburg, Iowa, at a location selected by Sonia Rose and agreed upon with the client/payee. All other sessions may be offered through Zoom, FaceTime, Messenger, or another mutually agreed-upon virtual platform.
Property Clearing
& Realignment
The Property Clearing & Realignment service is completed off-site. Sonia Rose does not offer this service in person or by video, as an in-person or video appointment is not required for this service.
Payment & Appointment Scheduling: Once payment has been received, it is the responsibility of the client/payee to contact Sonia Rose by email, text, or phone to schedule the session or service.
Once the service has been completed, the client/payee will receive written confirmation of completion. If the client/payee would like to receive any information Sonia Rose became aware of during the service, that request must be made at the time of scheduling. This service does not include the type of information provided during an intuitive, psychic, or mediumship reading. Any information gathered is limited to the Property Clearing & Realignment service only.
All payments are non-refundable once the service has been completed and written confirmation has been sent to the client/payee.
